Metatron Chat Engine (AJAX) Installation Documentation

Installation

• Download the latest .rar release of Rufus from MetatronDownload.
• Extract the rar file to your wwwroot directory.
• Create a MySQL database (eg. metatron). Make sure you have a user in MySQL that has rights to read and write from this database.
• Execute the .SQL files located in /conf
• After this you can edit the db_conn.inc file in the /conf directory with the right database connection settings.

Configuration

• If you want to enable/disable Plugins you can do this in the [commands] part of the commands.ini file located in the /conf directory.
• You can change the accesslevel to Plugins in the [accesslevel] part of the commands.ini file.
• Currently /register only creates common users (accesslevel 30). If you want someone with more rights, alter the registration by hand in the database for now.
